We celebrated World Water Day by taking part in the 'Walk for Water' challenge in the school yard. This was to highlight the distance travelled every day by some people in the world to get clean water. We carried 6 litres of water for 6 full laps of the yard and everyone took their turn to carry it.
On Monday we had our inspection for the Water flag and fingers crossed we will receive our flag soon! We started off the week by doing very interesting science experiments with PhD students that visited the school. They did a workshop with our class and had 4 stations with a different experiment at each one. It was very interesting and the children had lots of fun. Comments are closed.
